Legend Zero
More to the point, wasn't the Allies of Justice Fighting the worms?
The Worms lost before the DT was over, so the AoJ kept fighting other tribes. Then Trish.
Zkaiser
Maybe Thunder Lord takes place after the Worm incident? Agro
But because of its unorthodox predatory nature, it considers stronger targets to be of a higher importance.
I call bull on this part here.
Maybe Thunder Lord takes place after the Worm incident?
Thunder Lord betrays the rest of the AoJ (which is a group of a few archetypes that ban together and create the AoJ archetype) and kills Catastor in the process. Decisive Armor then kills all the aliens.

IB were always seperate cause they need to defend the IB.
Darj
According to the Storyline in the yugioh wikia, Mist Valleys didn't agree with the AOJ capturing Worms to power-up themselves (See "Ally Mind" and "Ally of Justice Enemy Catcher"). They then abandoned the Tribe coalition, but not before damaging the creations in which they contributed, as depicted in "Mist Valley Thunder Lord".
