Basically, even in a S/T Destruction heavy format, your opponent will be forced to decide which of Chaos Zone's two effects would be the lesser of two evils. Either way, it may bite them in the ass. ... Also, I'm not playing with this on DN until they change the card text there, lest I get into an aggravating argument over it during a duel.
