This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 other "Meklord" monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up Synchro Monster your opponent controls, and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to those equipped monsters' combined ATK. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can send 1 of those monsters to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

Actually, in a way, it was also improved.
Anime version was rather ridiculous to Summon, considering you had to use a combination Infinity Prison + Genesis of the Machine Emperors.

The printed version is a little easier to Summon, despite being a -3.

Lol, TF6 has that Trap where it removes the 3 Cores from the Grave to Summon this, if you don't want to use its own Summoning Conditions.

OT: Terribad Combo, Foolish this, Summon Phantom of Chaos, somehow have a Summoned Halberd Cannon in the Grave, use Give and Take, Phantom of Chaos Mekanikle, eat Halberd, then dump it for 4000 damage.

It's a -3 beatstick that requires you to run Meklords, which unfortunately, have no decent search/recycle engine.

It can absorb Synchros and gain their attack, but Skiel, Wisel, and Granel can do that too, and they're easier to Summon plus have bonus effects. The Burn effect is cool, but it waits until the Standby Phase, and then can't attack that turn.

Aporia Summoning this in the WRGP was possibly the most epic Summon in the series. Aporia Summoning this with Chaos Infinity was the most random Summon in the series.
