I know I managed to win a duel despite him bringing Assault Mode on his/my first turn. It involved a combo with Solemn Warning to negate its revival effect, but I dont remember exactly how I did it. I'll have to check my status bar history.EDIT: Found it! I used TG-EM1 when he attacked, which he negated, then chained Mirror Force to kill all the other monsters, and Solemn Warning during End Phase.
