·Toot Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Yeah... when I duel on DN and sometimes IRL... the people I duel use priorit from the wrong effects... either they're wrong or I'm not fully understanding the priority rules. I know you get priority when you summon something like a monarch... if its hit with BTH or Compulsory, you still get its effect because it activates only when it is summoned... TCG:yes, DAD, Judgement Dragon, Brionac they all get priority.Though, I don't think priority has much to do with Monarchs since they'll activate in a mandatory way when Summoned regardless of if they get out of the field or not.
