I know, old news and stuff, but this is a discussion topic. Discuss the combo, viablity etc.

To start, you need:
Grave: Necromancer, Archfiend, Avenger
Field: Mirage

The key is to make Brionac and have 3 Necromancers in your grave.

=-= Making the Brionac and getting the 3 Necro =-=

Video reference: 0:00 - 2:03

- Mirage for Necromancer, Avenger. Necro special Archfiend searching for Launcher.
- Synchro Avenger, Necro and Archfiend into Hundred Eyes.
- Hundred Eyes banish and copy Mirage.
- Hundred Eyes (Mirage) effect into Necro and Avenger. Necro Special Archfiend and search for second Necro.
- Launcher effect discard Necro into Grave
- Archfiend and Avenger into LV5 Synchro
- Launcher special summon Necro and Avenger, Necro Special Archfiend and search for third Necro.
- Avenger and LV5 Synchro into Brionac. XYZ both Necro into Leviair and special summon back the banished Mirage.
- Brionac discard the third Necro from your hand to bounce Archfiend and then bounce Leviair.
- Mirage for two Necro and special summon Avenger and Archfiend. Archfiend search for Barrier.
- Synchro into Hundred Eyes copying Mirage again.
- Special summon two Necro.
- Now your field is Brionac, 3 Necro (2 unused), a Barrier and a banished Mirage.

============================================

The combos below requires:
Field: Brionac, 3 Necromancer (2 unused)
Grave: Avenger, Archfiend, Beetle (for Trishula)
Banished: Mirage

=-= The Emeral =-=

Video reference: 2:03 - 3:56

- Necromancer special Archfiend and search for another Archfiend.
- XYZ Leviair using the used Necro and special back the banished Mirage
- Discard Archfiend to bounce Leviair
- Special summon Archfiend again from the other Necro effect and search Infernity Beetle if you dont have it in your grave yet, needed to do Trishula.
- XYZ Emeral from two Archfiend and shuffle back Archfiend and 2 Hundred Eyes to draw a card. (you can actually shuffle back 2 Infernity monster and Hundred Eye also if you need to refill your deck)
- Discard Infernity Beetle to bounce the last Necro on the field and then bounce Emeral by discarding Necro.
- If the card you drew is Spell/Trap, set it. Otherwise bounce your set Barrier if it is a Monster.
- Your field should now be Brionac and Mirage
- Mirage for two Necro and special summon Avenger and Archfiend. Archfiend search for Barrier.
- Synchro into Hundred Eyes copying Mirage again.
- Special summon two Necro.
- Now your field is Brionac, 3 Necro (2 unused) and a banished Mirage again.

=-= The Trishula=-=

Video reference: 4:00 - 5:25

- Necro for an Archfiend and search for any Infernity card you wish to discard
- XYZ Leviair from two used Necro and special back the Banished Mirage
- Discard the card you searched to bounce Leviair
- Necro special summon Beetle.
- Synchro Trishula from Necro, Archfiend and Beetle.
- Mirage special summon two Necro.
- Necro special Archfiend and search for any Infernity card you wish to discard.
- Discard the card you searched to bounce Trishula
- Necro special summon Avenger
- Synchro into Hundred Eyes copying Mirage again.
- Special summon two Necro.
- Now your field is Brionac, 3 Necro (2 unused) and a banished Mirage again.

=-= The Quasar =-=

- Necro special Avenger
- Synchro into Armory Arm
- Necro special Avenger again
- XYZ Leviair and special summon the banished Mirage
- Synchro Formula Synchron from Mirage and Avenger to draw a card.
- Synchro Shooting Quasar Dragon from Brionac, Armory Arm and Formula.
- *Warning* Loop will end and you will have no Infernity monsters on your field making your Barriers non functional. Not fancy if you lose.

I should smash you with my six arms for that Klaiver, but meh. It's still a win, but a really long and bothersome win (especially since you are basically wasting your opponent's time if he/she actually sits through the entire thing). I remember when I had to sit 20-30 minutes for my opponent to use FishTK, and he failed at it. Then I won. I felt like I wasted valuable time there, which is why I condone the use of excruciatingly long combos (all because I could have done something else in that time).

Brio's loops are ridiculous.

I hate loops. FishFTK, Mind Master FTK, any sort of Quasar combo, etc. If the duel has become you playing by yourself for 5-20 minutes while a second person sits across from you with a bored expression on his face, then you're barely even playing the same game anymore.

I don't ragequit when I get tied into a loop, but I will scoop once clear the opponent ISNT about to screw up the loop and destroy his own combo.

Even then, it's a complete waste of time.

Exactly. On DN, I can't understand why anyone would WANT to play big long loops. They're tremendous wastes of time, and I rather take the loss and play someone else as soon as possible.

Fortunately, on the video games, there's time limits (one person on Wifi used a Manticore loop, but ended up taking 3+ minutes, so the game declared it my win. Yay), and you can't actually skip iterations, so the tediousness and time consuming nature of the loops means it's impractical to do for every duel.

I'd rather say I'm missing out on something. This loop is made possible by the presence of 3 Necromancer.
It's also made possible by Brionac.

Limiting Necromancer may kill the entire decktype, but nothing else. Banning Brionac would kill this loop and other Brionac-based loops.

If you're going on that logic, why not semi limit. If you hink that this combo is really going to break the meta(which it hasn't thus far), then why not put Necromancer at 2, since it isn't broken enough to warrant a limit. Or for that matter, why not ban brionac since that part of the combo [s broken enough to ban.

EDIT: CURSE YOU NINJAAAAS!!!

Infernities wouldn't die if Necromancer got limited, it would just becoma a lot slower, which could then be compensated by some new support. Brionac isn't broken or overpowered in any way, since it doesn't create loops all by himself. (Not claiming Necromancer does.)

Edit: screw the ninjas I have money!

What Cruncher said, and, on top of that, there are 3 different cards in Fableds that Brio enables loops with, and you need either 2 Lurrie, 2 Cerburrel, or 1 Lurrie/Cerburrel and Kushano.

You'd have to limit Lurrie and Cerb, and ban Kushano to stop the loops, or some cockamamey crap that makes no sense AT ALL.

Let's not forget things like Light Serpent,

These aren't really GOOD loops in most cases, but they're still loops CAUSED BY BRIO. =/
