[/quote] You could, if you could actually PLAY Skill Drain while this was out. While it's out, you can't activate any effects or cards, or Set cards. Only good would be tributing this and Hardened Armed Dragon/Guardian Eatos/Verz Mandrago or another non-chain-starting self-summoning monsters for THE TYRANT NEPTUNE, or tribute this alone for Great Maju Garzett.
