So no, Top 8 only. 128 was my prediction, but that was me guessing a power of 2 that is higher than the number of people that attend my regionals. It very well could be 256 people that are required /w1 Although, there might not even be fixed numbers for this s*** because North American WCQ f***ed the rules and cut to a top 64 without justification iirc.
