I see your point but the only thing I would in my opinion need to refill a Application for is regarding the complete change in Software. Kind of like if I was a Forklift Driver and a new Forklift Truck came through with new and different Buttons.

I do not care for software etc, the buttons will always be the same even when they look different. And I constantly preach that I do not want a blind fool who can follow orders, I want a brilliant person who can think for themselves. All you've shown me yet is that you can follow orders and that you have experience doing that.

So apparently, while Josh is gone... I'm going to be moderating over CC the best that I can! As soon as he gets back on Monday morning, I will no longer be mod and Josh will take over again as the mod that nearly everyone in this sections knows. Not sure about loves though. ;D

I was apparently chosen because I can run the section well and JoshIcy has placed his full trust in me to make sure that the section(s) remain in order over the weekend. He also chose me because I have the same kind of mindset as him when it comes to dealing with people and problems, so he has also placed his trust in me to do that kind of thing whenever I need to as well. As well as this, my past experience with the job has impressed him and he would like me to keep doing this job whenever he goes away as it puts his mind to rest that someone he can rely on will do the job.

Icy, I can think on my own feet as well. I remember running CC myself for a while until I requested some Backup as I didn't want to sit in front of my PC 24/7. Also I set quite a few Ground Rules in each section myself until they were completely eliminated once I was demoted. Also I was one of the most Lenient Mods here willing to overlook things with a friendly gesture with only leaving Banning to the extremely Serious Cases. I showed Compassion and was not a Tyrant. lol I said I would stay away from this thread but am still here XD

No one, not once has questioned how well you'd handle the mechanical aspect of moderating with your own little perk as it were. NO ONE. And we always gave you credibility, but the fact that you refuse to follow any process and allow it again, as an equal to others (mind you if you LEFT the moderating we the staff did say that you wouldn't need to fill it out but you were DEMOTED which is far worst). I, and I'm damn sure the rest of the populace do not care how many members support you; it wouldn't change the fact that you would have to follow the same process as everyone else due to how you were [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Relinquished"]relinquished[/url] of your position. He's just bringing up a reasonable-ish suggestion though. After all, the last two Your Deck mod selections were done by polling the audience first, and the previous General mod selection was also done the same way.

Though I'll admit promoting someone without the due consent (or even a conversation or topic) with the rest of the staff is a tad extreme. Especially someone who has a bit of a history at it. Lovely CC got married soon after/before her promotion, which was why I desperately tried to argue [b]against[/b] her being promoted at the time. She wasn't going to be active, seeing as how she'd now have to try and hold up a family on top of her duties as a moderator. She was obviously going to pick the family option. :s She's still on every now and then when she's not busy, but she has studies to worry about as well as the family and husbando thing.

This is from what I've heard from her anyway, whenever she gets on MSN.

I'm taking full responsibility now. Me and Rodrigo simply help Josh with moderating threads seeing as how he refuses to use the Report CPU because of it being, apparently, clustered.
