Any deck that's using Rekindling absolutely needs Firedog anyway, so cards can actually be run @1. You seem to be the narrow minded one, you can't appear to visualise the big picture and the whole reason why Lavals and Flamvells have the ability to top. They're able to be very consistent while running a very low monster count so they can focus on their S/Ts to win them the game with big plays.
