its pretty much
wind ups get a kizan
that can be returned with salvage
and can change its level
and by changing its level it can activate magician or factory

After Abyssal Kingshark, Golden Flying Fish, Cyber Shark, Royal Swamp Eel, Metabo Shark, Nimble Sunfish, Piercing Moray and now this (and a lot more I didn't mention), it seems the TCG Exclusive guys really love their fishies. Based on their love for my favorite type, I have to support all their desing choices, and say they know what they do and do it great. They make totally balanced cards, and if there is a way to abuse one of their cards, it must be because the other cards involved in the supposed combos are the ones that are overpowered. Any counter argument will fall in deaf ears...

I only just realized that it broke the once per field rule for non-xyz wind-ups, way to go, Konami...

How often is this going to be on the field for more than 1 turn?

Plus, its swimming causes the water to wind it up again. It's essentially a perpetual motion Wind-Up.
