Well, either Scrap Dragon or Effect Veiler, I'm fine with which was reprinted, so now I have a chance to easily get Veilers now and stuff, so this will be easy for me to get it by trades. Are you saying that it's justified to be $20 if the card is shinier? Also where the f*** are you finding Rare Veilers for $20? Veiler's price is fine, Scrap Dragon's is not.
