Shiyudragon summons any Normal Dragon from any place. 6. Revive Carved Seal of the Divine Dragon somehow. 7. Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. Doesn't seem that hard to set up, no? If you were lucky enough, you could use Photon Sanctuary to summon Galaxy-Eyes, or revive somehow once already in grave...hm, I feel like a deck is coming together. According to lolwiki, these are the Ennead, the primary pantheon of deities in Egyptian mythology. Not to mention Holy Carved Seal looks like Ra's Sphere Mode. It's not totally unreliable, but this jsut seems odd. EDIT: I read Seth/Setekh I am calling BS that they made a Hyperion-esque dragon =/ EDIT 2: Owait, Normal... Still, but not as much. To me it seems like a really good way to use NGEPD, since I think a lot of this was made in response to TED not being usable. But that's just me.
