Catterjune
I remember using this card in a fun deck years and years ago. Normal summon Shining Angel. Have it get destroyed in battle. Summon The Light - Hex. Your turn, Normal Summon Proto Cyber Dragon. Tag both of them out for Cyber Twin Dragon. Cards also involved were E-Hero Prisma. Drop off Cyber Dragon, normal summon Hex Seal. Another fun strategy was using it with E-Hero Sparkman. Use Prisma to send him to the grave, then Miracle Fusion (with Hex Seal, already in the grave from a Cyber Twin play) and get out Shining Flame Wingman. Of course, this was way way back, like... before PTDN, around the Monarch era. This card was fun back in the day. Any new-ish cards that can search rocks or search level 3s or search lights or something to make this card less terrible? I tried a build of this deck in WC'11 but it sucked and it was impossible to get Light Hex when I needed it.

Phantom Roxas
Photon decks focus on Light monsters, so I think that might work, although I'm not sure what purpose Fusion monsters that aren't Twin Photon Lizard would serve in a Photon deck. .Rai
I guess the best way for Konami do buff it is release a good Rock-Type Fusion which gives you a chance to run it in Rock Stun along with Release from Stone.

I've had WC11 for almost a year now, and I still haven't gotten through the story and it sucks not having all of the packs unlocked (at least easier). You can't even play with newer stuff because of how long it takes to unlock those packs. @OP, You could focus on the Miracle Fusion/Overload Fusion aspect of it and mill it with things like Foolish Burial/Rock Bombardment, or try something with Leviair/Gold Sarcophagus. I'm not really sure, to be honest.
