Oh, well, then not every release. For a little bit I forgot about the event releases being only for one day or a week but no, this one is a regular release.

Although, it could be for just this week this year but I doubt it. I think it's a regular release.

EDIT: Not like anyone's going to read this (it's edited after another post was made) but there's obviously a reason you wouldn't think it's some new event. It's the Year of the Dragon, so it's not like they could do it every year anyway.
