Zeal Ascendant
Banned for a good reason. Also, I've never noticed before but it has pretty cool art
·Toot
What gave Konami the idea to make this. God this is so broken, abusable, and killed me with an OTK.

Sleepy
I can see the idea coming back then without sounding "too broken" because they were kind of.. experimenting with the game... Still, pretty damn broken.

Mutant Monster RAEG-HAPYP
At least Konami was smart enough to ban it even before it came to the TCG.
-Berserker-
I suppose it was less broken when it was released... Now, this is one of those cards that become better with every card released, so I don't think this will come back except as an experiment like Envoy of Genesis. Nice art. I can see a digimon looking like that...
Agro
Yes, it's broken, it's never coming back, we know. Better conversation. Agro
Temple.
I disagree. Temple can be destroyed. Makyrua's effect can hardly be negated. Temple requires a set, Makyura requires nothing.
CDDRodrigo
Makyura is worse because it has the motherfucking Dandylion clause.
Zeal Ascendant
Imo, sometimes temple is better and sometimes makyura is better. Temple is simpler to play but more vulnerable to S/T destruction. Makyura needs a way to send itself to the graveyard, but when you get it off it's hard to stop. evilfusion
I've never known where Makyura appeared in the OCG. I just remember Makyura was in the TCG reprint set Dark Beginnings 1. When Makyura first existed, it wasn't an issue, I dont think. The effect only worked for one turn and there were decent combos you could use, but other than that, it wasn't too special. But once enough good Traps got released, Makyura could easily OTK/FTK by spamming draw cards until you got Exodia. It is rightfully banned. Which made me wonder why Temple of the Kings got printed the way it was. Either they existed alongside one another before the ban, or someone messed up. Makyura is better in most cases, to say nothing of the fact it is literally faster (less time consuming), and you can chain Traps from your hand, whereas Temple still forces you to Set them first. But if you're going for an FTK/ZTK, use both, I would think, for consistency.

Airride
It was banned in 2005, and it was released in the 4/5th V-Jump, so It was around for a while. Originally Semi-Limited, though.
