White Void
Blazing Tiger FIRE/Beast/4/1800/0/Effect: During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card instead of conducting your normal draw. If this card Special Summoned this way leaves the field, it is banished. GAOV full spoilers are starting to leak. Interesting....
Agro
Interesting concept, but how helpful can it really be? Oh, and might as well inb4horn ...wait a second... REKINDLING TARGET... HOLY SH*T THIS CARD COULD BE AMAZING!
evilfusion
You Summon it INSTEAD of drawing? Why would you ever want to do that? Especially if you control no monsters?

Toffee.
Revive this Normal Summon a Beast, like, say, Rescue Rabbit Revive Chain Dog Rabbit into 2 Tune Warriors Synchro for 2x Scrap Archfiend ..... Idiotic combo, I know, but this card has potential with Chain Dog.

Bahamut - Envoy of the End
I love set release days like this. I must be the only one who quite likes this. Shame you have to have no monsters and can't proper spam Hopes with it, but still, I am hoping this looks badass. Then I can love it. Because tigers rule k. HSektor
Not bad, I'd tech 1 on T.G. Anti-meta.

This Account is Unplayable
If this can chain to another one of itself... I'd gladly pass up a draw phase for a Rank 4.
Premier Alexander Romanov
Skip your Draw Phase for an Ouroboros. Not a bad tradeoff.
.Rai
If so, then it's a decent option in anti-meta. It works well as a floater, and can be RftDD'd along with D.D. Warrior Ladies and stuff you've banished for Chaos Sorcerer and BLS.
evilfusion
No, you can't Summon multiples at once. Same as the Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru, if you chained all of the effects, you'd SS one of them instead of drawing, but won't be able to Summon the second one because you ALREADY skipped your draw. Ruling: During the Draw Phase, if you have multiple copies of "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" in your Graveyard, then you can activates the effects of all copies instead of drawing. However, only the effect of the copy placed highest on the Chain will resolve and all other copies will resolve without effect, because you already added a card to your hand instead of drawing. In total, you will only add one copy of "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" to your hand.
Agro
Well then, this card is sh*t.
evilfusion
I do like the Chain Dog idea, except for the fact Chain Dog needs you to have more than 1 Beast out, which is difficult when this makes you skip your draw. Edit: GADGETS! Weird as hell idea, but the effect of Gadgets will compensate for card advantage, and then be able to Xyz with this. If the Xyz survives, you'll draw, and if it doesn't, revive this and do it again.
-Berserker-
And of course, if you Xyz this and Chain Dog, none is banished...
evilfusion
And of course, if you Xyz this and Chain Dog, none is banished...
Right, but Chain Dog still requires another Beast to be SSed, and without your draw, and the fact you must control no monsters, you'd have to depend on having a Beast in hand to get anywhere with that strategy. Hence, Gadgets.
