I just don't want to keep mentioning my favorite banned tuna in every thread about one of the newly banned +1 Tuners. People is complaining about them but didn't complain about this little one. This one is a +0, has a condition for it's summon and has a restriction for what you have to use it with when synchroing. Both of those last parts keep it from being just randomly used everywhere outside of it's deck. Maybe this one is not once per turn like the new cellmates, but that's all they needed to be used everywhere. Anyways, the main reason I'm commenting in this is that I love the Fish-type, and will complain a lot if Wind-Up Shark is touched in september...
