Me and byak were talking about TGU vs Leviair vs Rabbit. I asked him why not TGU to 1 and Leviair to X>0, he said the banished zone was never meant to be abused, so I made this loltopic to see what I can do to balance this. I took into account that OCG Rabbit generally takes slower to get this out while TCG just rushes the f*** out of it.

Unless the OCG version runs Marauding or Warwolf or tops Reborn.

Activate Gold Sarcophagus
Banish Rescue Rabbit
Normal Summon Tour Guide from the Underworld
Activate Tour Guide's effect
Special Summon Sangan from your hand or Deck
Overlay Guide and Sangan for Leviair the Sea Dragon
Activate Leviair's effect
Special Summon the banished Rescue Rabbit
Activate Rescue Rabbit's effect
Special Summon 2 Kabazauls
Overlay the 2 Kabazauls for Evolzar Laggia

Basically, nothing changed with your version.

EDIT: not much changed*

The monster's never on the field at that point anyway.

This was my thinking behind it. If it was even the smallest bit of a risk any worthwhile duelist would try to alleviate it.

In any case, I'm not so sure Leviair is the problem in this equation. I personally think it's 100 percent Rescue Rabbit. Though I am extremely sleepy and probably not in the right frame of mind right now.

Wind-Up Rat creates a Leviair engine.

The only thing that change does is make Infernities even weaker than they already are and make casual decks with this card even more worthless.

Allowing the monster to be banished from the Graveyard just makes this even more abusable since you just need another Leviair to summon your monster again.

This is for Pika.

While Rabbit DOES break this card, OCG decks are generally slower and more skilled purely because they lack TCG exclusives.

Also because I have an army of HANZO, if that's true byak why not hit rat too? Idk why I'm defending Leviair but easy to grab +1 revival usually is bad.

I also believe Leviair is at fault, not Rabbit.

Rabbit was designed so that it would work with graveyard abuse like how Rescue Cat was abused. It was also designed so that you had to play a notable amount of normal monsters to make it usable. These two factors seem like they balance the card out pretty well, but with Leviair existing it makes the card unfair.

I'm still unsure if Rabbit is balanced on its own (not accounting for Leviair), but Leviair is a big problem with the design of Rabbit.

You know what would fix this card?
If it said 2 level 3 WIND monsters, for the materials.
Problem solved.

Can we get a list of level 3 winds in here and how they need banish abuse.
