effect: 1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monsters
If "Athena" was one of the Synchro Material Monster used to Synchro Summon this card, you can remove "Athena" from your Graveyard to have this card gain 1000 ATK. Once per turn you can have the card lose 1000 ATK, until the end of this turn all face-up monsters you control cannot be destroy by a card effects. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, destroy all monsters on your side of the field.

When athena is removed from the graveyard, is it banished?

i would have this monster not able to attack lifepoints directly, when the 1000 point gain is activated

My only question is a thematic one. What's this card got to do with Valhalla, a place where dead warriors go to feast for all eternity?

I think maybe in theory, Valhalla Queen got her name because of how many warriors she has sent to Valhalla. any other theories??

[/quote] btw you can summon this card without athena as a [font="tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif"]Synchro Material but you will not gain the 1000 point and ya removed and banished are one =_= banished is the new OCG that replaced removed but they are the same [/font]

Acually the proper term for banishement back then was "removed from play" which is why i was confused. Thnx for the clarifacation.

Well it is to do with the card. The card's called [b]Valhalla [/b]Queen and yet has no discernable links to Valhalla.

Valkyrie Queen as a name would make a whole lot of sense for this card, and it fits with the effect too (moreso for prevention of destruction by battle than by card effects).

[/quote] so is this is your problem the card name really ok here is a tip for you when you trying to comment on someone card try to focus on the effect of the card cuz this is what matter not the pic not the name the effect the name of the card not gonna make the card op or unbalance it's the effect so i hope my Little advice here help you understand what i'm trying to say here ok

But yes the card's okay, the effect's kinda meh for increasing attack but the destruction prevention is okay. Would be more useful if it extended until the end of your opponent's turn though.

Change the level to 8.
Only leave this "Once per turn you can have this card loses 1000 ATK, until the end of this turn all face-up monsters you control cannot be destroy by a card effect." and reduce the ATK by 500.

That's all I have to say.

Three cheers to Yuzuru Otonashi then. Apart from being female neither the card picture or effect tie in with the name: It'd be similar to me making a card called curse of kuriboh which is actually a tank; it makes no sense.

The swirling vortex thats pulls the field together represents fusion. The Gate is not a literal gate. It is a gate in the sense that it is a point of passage from one area to the next.

Miror Force:
The mirror again is not literal, it represents the shield's ability to reflect the oncoming force.

There, I've explained how your example make thematic sense. Now explain how your card makes sense in a well constructed arguement. If that's not too above you.

Card is basically an Odin for Fairy-Types, that seems a bit easier to Summon. Though I still am trying to think what the ideal materials would be if I used Athena. I can only think of a Mystical Shine Ball + lolNormal Summoned Effect Veiler.... meh, 3 + 3 + 4 is the way for me until I think of something else =P

It's overall pretty solid.

[/quote] if you want to use athena maybe you can try this combo athena lvl 7 you can use level eater so athena lvl is now 6 and you got level eater lvl 1 and then you can use glow-up bulb that tuner lvl 1 and then you can use any lvl 2 monster or token so that's 6+1+1+2= [size=4][font=tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Valhalla Queen with athena effect =_= [/font] [/size]

PSZ+Double Rai-oh? But then again why would I give away my soft-lock on all searching and innate special summons for a 3500 monster. It's not overpowered simply because if you lose to a lone 3.5k beater, you suck. AOJ Armour is actually a lot better than this in general because raioh and BLS are popular in the meta. Requiring me to use athena means I have to use a level 3 tuner, which there are very few good viable ones to my knowledge. Losing 1000ATK to give a flash shield to all monsters you control is great, however.

I have a sort of mixed opinion. It's blindingly vunerable on your opponent's turn which makes the 3 monster investment not really worth it as it's only good when swinging for game using the effect protection.

Thought of that, but non-Tuners must be LIGHT, and Level Eater is not. Most Tokens aren't either.
