But it's a Level 5 monster, making this card much, much better.
Yeah, but it's still usable ;_;

Something to put stuff back into deck seamlessly might be cool.

Real effect is definitely going to be different for one reason: It's a promo. Not even Konami would release a promo that depends on having multiples of it.

I'm expecting the effect to be something like:

"You can discard this card to add 2 Level 4 or Lower Thunder-Type monsters with the same name from your deck to your hand. These monsters cannot be summoned during this turn. The effect of "Thunder Seahorse" can only be activated once per turn."

This card is broken.

Care to expalin why rather then a 4 Word Spam Post? XD Anyhows, Thunder Dragon was always a underlooked card. One of the easiest Fusion Monsters to Summon out was Twin Headed Thunder Dragon. I think I used TD along with Fusion Gate once, that was fun.

This looks just like that, Let's hope it's WATER to make it different from Thunder Dragon :P Because then it benefits from a Legendary Ocean :D
Tengu was a Sneak card. Technically a Promo, as the ultra cannot be gotten any other way.

Yeah but it's much easier to possibly acquire 3 copies of a card at a Sneak than it is to acquire 3 copies of a magazine promo. You're right technically but get what I'm saying?
