The noob activates his face-down MST to destroy Reborn. You know it's happened to you. Anyway, discuss about noobs and MST.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
This is getting a Ghost Reprint. I'm scared of Ghosts. I always find myself blind MSTing because I'm a noob. But honestly, how else are you going to clear out field presence?

CDDRodrigo
To me, YGO Noobs misplay this when they use it blindly against a big backrow.

burnpsy
Blind MSTing a big backrow has won me games. Especially if you've faced the person enough times to figure out where they tend to put their important backrow cards. Psychology's so fun like that. WhoAreYou?
You play a normal spell or trap, your opponent chains with MST on THAT CARD to destroy it without realizing MST doesn't work that way...

Kingdom Xathers
I remember back in the early days of the game, where I did this in the GBA games (i.e., activating MST in response to an activation of a Normal Spell/Trap made by my opponent thinking that it would negate the effect). I think we've all done that at least once way back then. ... okay, noob-trip over.
Just Crouton
Just for laughs, Konami should release a MST that DOES negate. They can call it Mystical Negating Typhoon. A simple card that needs more skill/luck than you think at first glance.

On-topic: yeah yeah, noobs. They play and think destroy = negate. Then you either stop playing noobs or you graduate elementary school and people either stop playing or stop sucking. Blind MST-ing wins more games then it loses.
Lonk
Like a majority of members say here, you got to chance using a Blind MST. Chances are, in fact, that your opponent may have a huge backrow, but only one of them is only a danger. 1/5 chance or better is still cosmically a good chance of foiling your opponent's schemes [s]when compared to finding a Shiny in Pokemon[/s]. Are you saying that you blind MST smartly when you have a play to make or are you saying that you play MST as soon as you draw it/as soon as it becomes live? Ieyasu Tokugawa
They have one backrow I tend to use a live MST on it. They have multiple backrows I save it. They have 1 backrow that's been there for a turn I'll probably end up setting my mst as bait.
