Agro
The nerf is worse than you guys think. What makes you think that the Opponent is going to keep any of those monsters on the field? The effect doesn't look lingering, so what makes you think THIS monster will be on the field to activate its effect? Basically, anything this can do, Giant Killer will do better and much flashier. The only upside that I can really see is that it has 3000 freaking ATK. Now if the effect were lingering it may be cooler, but even then it probably would only merit being ran as a beatstick with a burn effect you're probably not going to get through. No string counters involved, anything that appears after the effect activates is still hit.

[/quote] It's not, Aggro's just upset that it doesn't = GG, pretty much, which is rather odd given how bad OTKs are for the game. OT: OH THANK GOD <3 I was wondering when this would come out, and the nerf is nice, not broken or worthless. Putting pressure on the opponent while threatening a Dark Hole is a good thing. evilfusion
The anime effect "marked" the monsters on the Field with those red beams of light. It's the same idea of String Counters. The second effect is lingering if translated/ruled correctly. I would not be surprised if it was a Trigger Effect, though.

ekko1990
Or remove brainwashing so that you get the chance to burn your opponent before you do something with the golems. Now, onto number 40. This card became essentially garbage the second its last effect became a separate, trigger effect. Either you use Giant Killer if you want damage, Hieratic Sun Dragon if you want a beatstick and some destruction or Thunder End if you want a field wipe and a beatstick. You could use limiter removal on it, but still... not worth it.
Blake
... Are you guys all daft? This isn't bad at all. It puts pressure on the opponent to take care of it or spend their monsters, probably losing some advantage in the process to avoid being blown up. Safe Zone with this looks hilarious, though they can still negate it. Things that put pressure on the opponent are GOOD.
