This card can be very threating in decks like Dragon's and Heros where they can banish a number of monsters and then allows you to use this to summon cards like Queen Dragun and Number 39: Utopia. My guess is that the nerf will make it so it can only be for a rank 4 or lower XYZ monster just so your opponent doesn't pull stuff like Number 61: Volcanasuarus, Neo Galaxy Eyes or Galaxy Destroyer out of nowhere.
