[/quote] Confirmed to be released, without the EARTH restriction. Which was only there to begin with for idiotic plot reasons, it appears.. So Yuma didn't summon Gagaga Gunman over Hope out of intelligence. It was because he couldn't summon Hope with this. Yeah, great Way to get Yuma over to the veiwers writers. The Opponent just needs to control a very common type of monster that will likely appear on his/her side of the field, and you get a free level 4 monster without needing your Normal Summon.
