I really dont understand why they restricted it so it must be Special Summoned. It would've been a pretty could beater if it could be Normal Summoned, and its effect goes off when its Special Summoned by its effect... >_>

I'd say fabled, but I'm pretty sure Black already tried that.

I have not.

That's not to say I haven't thought about it, or put it in while deck building, just... It's so restricted, and I can't bring myself to do it.

Idk, looking at it, I feel like it's one of those cards whose restrictions aren't really all that restricting.

Gonna quick look at them:
- Needs an Opponent's monster: Okay, simple enough, Opponent needs to control a monster. Honestly, I don't feel like it's that problematic, even with everything else worked in.
- Need a Tuner: So it can only be used in a deck that would use Synchros.
- No Normal Summons: So it needs Tuners that can be Special Summoned. This is honestly the only reason I look to Fableds. Many decks are restricted by the Normal Summoning clause, and while Fabled do have several monsters that are best off Normal Summoned (Looking at you, TGU, Kush, Junk Synchron) Many can easily be Special Summoned (Doppel, Ganashia) Several of them are also Tuners (Chawa, Cerburrel... okay, probably more, but I forgot since Glow-Up got banned)

So basically, I don't really feel like it would be that tough to get a Tuner out when your Opponent has a monster, even without Normal Summoning. Plus, it's a Warrior for ROTA. Its second effect isn't even necessary to pay attention to, either, since you can still just use it and go for a Level 5 or 6 Synchro. I think it's worth at least a test as a tech imo.
