It costs twice as much to cast as Dream Halls, and doesn't let you ignore the costs for flashback. The only benefit over Dream Halls is that your opponents can't use it, even though that is an insane boost. This is still a Konami-like move on Wizards' part though. werewolfjedi Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 if you ask me, this card is about as fair as it gets. you have 10 mana in your pool, if you can play this, you can play basically every other card in the game off your field, so why not play a card that says, well, " just play your damn hand already" a fun card that is super powered, but not super broken. [/quote]But when do you have the speed to have 10 mana without ramp fast enough? This card is too slow for standard, modern. Mostly everything that is not EDH. Quicksilver Amulet, The new liliana, Eye of Ugin Forest Grove of the Burnwillows Urza's Mine Urza's Power Plant Urza's Tower ^ A deck list, mana base for eldrazi.
