TheKaitoKid
Probably won't see any play and when it does it won't be around long enough to do any real damage. I don't even see it being played casually.
Toffee.
The card seems pretty lulzy, except.... This format is Spell/Trap-removal heavy :/
ihop
Wind-Up Rabbit seems good with this.
Just Crouton
My only monsters on the field are Xyzs. Come at me, bro,
Sleepy
Agree with above comments. Card is pretty bad. -Card Removal effects give too much hate to Spell/Traps right now. -During your Standby Phase, means you'll need a turn of preparation so it doesn't hurt you much. -Your opponent controls it's effects during their turn. -Xyz Summon makes it less relevant anyways. It's meh. I'd use it with some monsters that could benefit in some way from being destroyed by effects in a casual way, but Sacred Phenix kind of, screws this card... Toffee.
Wait, wait, wait... Not sure if I read the effect right, but during each players Standyby, do BOTH players choose a level, and then send the appropriate monsters?

Plus, Xyzs laugh at this card.
The player whose turn it is gets to decide. Anyways, S/T-Hate, if not Destruction effects in general, won't give you much opportunity to use this in any format. In fact, your opponent would find more use for it than you will.
RoseSymphony
Oh my god I've been playing Pokemon Conquest too much. D: CANNOT UNSEEEEEE. OT: Seems like it would be fun to play in a Deck that would revolve around it. But besides that, it's kinda bad, considering it wipes your monsters too. Would've been better if you could only choose from the monsters on your field.
Johnny Raptor
This is wrong. Unification Normal Trap Card If you and your opponent both control 1 or more face-up monsters: Each player declares 1 Type from among the face-up monster Types they control; all other face-up monsters they control are sent to the Graveyard. Johnny Raptor
That's what the card /is/. It's supposed to be a reflect to Battle of the Elements.
