Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted July 27, 2012 Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 Gungnir means "swaying one", which makes perfect sense for this card, as much as its effect doesn't influence the field -too- much, 2 cards is still "swaying" the field. He's always been the redheaded step-child of the Ice Barrier Dragons- the one nobody wants to play, but at least he's found his own niche now. [/quote] In what universe did people not [i]want[/i] to play Gungnir? The problem is that its conditions combined with its level made it much, much more difficult than its siblings to summon. Atlanteans also let gungnir make a bigger nuke, or allow the two card pop with one discard, which is nice. Ultimate shenanigans when you salvage the atlanteans from the above combo.
