If you're not even going to take the time to formulate your side, why should I formulate mine? It makes so many cards costless and it's insane in Atlanteans. What more is there to say? It's kind of obnoxious and annoying, unless they actually are dumb (Like TrueQwartz) I actually saw the video beforehand, and I agree with it. I don't really see it being too bad anywhere. Also, something else that I really don't like about this card is how easily dumpable it now is and can now make cards like Raigeki / PWWOB / Divine Wrath worth playing simply because you have a constant discard fodder that can keep coming back. The main plays, except for Exceeds, all drop cards that are okay with being in your hand next turn, even if you do lose out on a draw and current field advantage.
