(Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and banish 1 monster from your Graveyard to target 1 face-up monster on the field; that target's ATK and DEF become 0 until your next End Phase. You must have 1000 Life Points or less to activate and to resolve this effect. Because, after testing, this thing is a lot more amazing than people around here give it credit for. Also, going with Weiss over Vice because NeoArk/DN seem to favor it, and because Weiss is a double pun like Ray.
evilfusion
Its effect is awesome, but the problem it has is it's much harder to Summon than Utopia Ray, specifically because Number 32 uses 3 Materials, whereas Utopia only needs 2. Since it needs you to have 1000 or less LP (same as Utopia Ray), you're most likely going to Summon a Chaos Number when you're losing, and bringing out 3 Level 4s is just something you can't rely on pulling off when living on limited time. Utopia using 2 Materials has the advantage of being instantly dropped via Rescue Rabbit, or just bringing out 2 Level 4s through other means. Also, Utopia is practically a staple, so you could theoretically steal the opponent's Utopia and upgrade it for permanent control, whereas Shark Drake...isn't. byak
If you're going for game, the original Shark Drake is actually more practical than this.

Agro
What if you have under 1000 LP and are playing Defense after going on the offense with Shark Drake? This thing's effect can be used during either player's turn. If you fail to beat your opponent with Shark Drake, this is one helluva beast to follow up with. I checked the wiki just to make absolutely sure I was hearing the anime correctly and the transliteration is "Kaosu Nanbāzu Sanjūni Kaikōryū Shāku Doreiku Baisu". It's Vice. It's definitely Vice. What pun is there with Weiss anyway?
Blake
... First off, Weiss is pronounced exactly the same as Vice, so not sure what you're getting at, there. Next up, it's the C Number naming scheme. Original name + 1 word from/based on an Xyz that had a heavy impact on the holder. Utopia RAY is a pun both on Ray of Hope AMD Black Ray Lancer. Weiss' pun is that it pronounced Vice (As in leviathan dragon) and describes the fact that it is now white.

newhat
That neck looks silly. Like he transformed to EAT SOME STREET but only 20% of his body changed. The effect, should you pull it off, will probably win you the game.
Expelsword
If Frieza had a few more forms, this would probably be one of them.
Mugendramon
It actually has much more firepower than C39, being able to deplete three of your opponent's monsters to 0, unlike Ray. It can actually win in situations where your opponent's life is more than 4000, unlike Ray. Well, given you have more monsters anyway.
