AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
When this monster is Tribute Summoned: You can discard 1 card; destroy 2 cards on the field. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 life points; destroy 1 card on the field. This card must remain face-up on the field to activate and to resolve either of these effects.
(This time, it's from El Bartonka.) In all honesty, I actually think the kill-3 effect pays off for losing two of your monsters for this guy. Though, I've been playing Monarchs on Tagforce 5 recently, and I'm starting to think that they could get this guy out more easily than is healthy for the game, not to mention it would probably kick Zaborg and Mobius out of the Deck (except if the Deck is aiming for Xyz shenanigans). So, I'm asking for a second, third, fourth (and so on) opinion on this: Is the ability to pop 3 too much? Edit: Costs and restrictions.
mikel.
I see weak, though i wonder which kinda deck it's used for? it's no normal summon monster but a special summon monster, that is what i would've done even so Dragonuity is unaffected hmm what kind deck would it kill... Edit: Well, then it's fine. It's a weak, summon it kill three done? Really now days it's different.

Look at the OP, it says this would be ran in Monarchs (and just Frogs). Treeborn Frog + Ronintoadin, and bam. it's no normal summon monster but a special summon monster, What does this mean? Let it pop 3 when it is Special Summoned? Monster Reborn would love this way too much. :/ that is what i would've done even so Dragonuity is unaffected hmm what kind deck would it kill...
Rawr, boldfaced replies. Artard
I like the idea, but your right monarch's would love this guy, I mean up to 3 cards? that's crazy! 8/10 But I do think the "up to 3 cards" makes it seem like it might be to powerful. I mean losing 2 monsters is just the cost for summoning a beater, but not really the cost to destroy 3 cards. And since it's "up to" that means it will almost always destroy at least 1 card your opponent controls. Maybe have it set to just destroy 3 cards, so to have the chance of destroy your cards as well, you know just to make it a little more fair. Just a suggestion. Love of Ghibli
Well lets see, I don't see the true love of monarchs like everyone else seems to. RoninToadin is quite the resources and I doubt you really need it for this. Outside of that I do like it design wise because up to three sounds like it would dodge Starlight and The Huge Revolution is Over. My only pet peeve is that I don't believe in level 8's having lower than 2700 ATK unless they do something special that would balance it out. Therefore I think it could use more attack. P.S. Zaborg doesn't really get seen in monarch decks anymore because exist and Mobius at best is a budget tech card for lulz

Maybe just because Caius and Raiza together are just six cards.

Organized Chaos
It's pretty OP'ed for what it is. Yes, you have to tribute summon it. Yes, it has crap ATK for it's level. But as you said, Frognarchs could create this incredibly easily as could Ultimate Offering Gadgets. It's LIGHT which particularly worries me because Photon Sanctuary can be used which would make it even faster. It could also be used with Cards From The Beyond for even more profit, 3 destroyed cards and 2 cards in hand. I would recommend putting in a cost such as "When this card is Tribute Summoned: Discard up to 2 cards (min.1); Destroy cards on the field equal to the number of discarded cards +1." or maybe adding "While you control this card; You cannot declare a direct attack." I get where you're coming from, a monster that benefits people with tributing 2 monsters but there are still a lot of cards that can abuse this unfortunately. And don't bump up the ATK. 2600 is enough for a card like this.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Discarding two is a bit much, so I'll just let it discard 1 to pop two. Then there's the paying life points to kill a third effect, which is probably too unnecessary. Then, there's the Zombie Master clause (is that what we call it?) to further balance it. Is it still broke'd?

It now acts like a boss monster for Tribute Summon decks (and variants or whatever shiz you can put this in efficiently) which is good because they need one to be honest. Sleepy
I'd say destroying a card every turn by paying 1000 is a bit much. Let it target and destroy 3 upon it's Summon, but it has to be exactly 3. Then test it and see if it happens too often. IRL, the card "Scrap Dragon" destroys 1 opponent's card each turn, but it makes you destroy 1 of your own too, and that's seen as one of the best Synchros around. I think just paying a little Life is no real cost.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Scrap Dragon is easier to get out than this card, aside from Special Summoning, in which case you can probably get Scrap Dragon too with said SSing card. Hitting exactly 3 would punish your opponent for overextending, but if this card became a high-tier constantly-played card that (helped) define the meta, then it would be a lot like Inzektor Hornet in where it punishes your opponent for playing the game, since your opponent often can have 3 cards on the field.
