Jadgment of Anubis

Recommended Posts

I feel my username and the general persona created by me so far would make this thread and the typo in the title a strong place to begin my time on this site.

While I did consider this card a while ago, the need for you're opponent to have a Monster makes it highly situational. Cards like MST and Heavy are generally played early in the turn as opposed to later meaning that the likelyhood of an opponent having a monster at the time of this cards activation are thus going to be low.

If people are going to value their backrow enough to run protection for those cards, it'd probably be Curse of Royal. Stops Dust Tornado, has no cost, and all that jazz. Or maybe that card that would redirect MST's target to one of their own backrow, Fiend's Hand Mirror. But that's a Normal Trap, not a Counter.

Why are people spelling Judgment "Jadgment"?

Doesn't mean people are going to run this.

I prefer Solemn over this. And then Dark Bribe. In fact, this is probably the 10th on my top 10 S/T negating counters that I'd prefer. And that's a very disappointing list for me.

You asked a question, he answered. Stop acting like a prick.

Your post is just as constructive.

I ran this way back when I was a noob. It's hilarious when it works, I have to admit.

The only Spells that come to mind that are commonly used for this job are MST and Night Beam.
Night Beam will not let this activate if this happens to be the target so, it's either impractical or useless
MST could be a hit.

Though your opponent needs to have a monster out for this to be worth the use, and with MST, people usually try clean the backrow before bringing monsters to the field. It's not an unheard situation, but it's also not really sure to happen.

Loved this card at a time I randomly killed a HERO and negated Rightenous Justice.

My fine fellow I do not understand from where this hostility has arisen and to be quite honest it is not something I enjoy. Would you be ever so kind as to focus on the topic at hand rather than attempting to make me feel bad about myself.

Would anyone have the foggiest idea what type of format in which this card would be used?

The guy who hated on you is minor. Ignore it.

BTW, the pic with "Jadge" is from the last World Tournament, making that post extremely helpful and constructive. Not to mention how you should know what it was from.

Dem rules.

OT: There are a lot of better, less conditional ways to get around mst at 3. chainable traps, wild tornado, magic drain, hell, if the target is that worth it even dark bribe. Judgement of anubis is too conditional to be ran in anything but a fun deck.

Why does it matter if ranma is a girl or not? This is the internet, I'm sure all of you have much better things to be spending your time caring about.

OT: The only time I've seen it used, the guy killed himself. Walked in a Barrel behind the door. It's an alright protection card, but there are a lot of things i would rather take than this. When the burn works it can be a half decent advantage, but there in lies the weakness.

Obviously, I kind of brought it on myself because I couldn't keep my mouth shut- or in this case, my fingers away from the keyboard, but you know what I mean.
Apparently, these people belive in the stupid stereotypes, it's so annoying.

Anyway, I never knew this card existed. But once again, I prefer Bribe over this. On the other hand, because of the "backrow hate" format (that's what you guys call it, I guess), this makes it easy to use... It MIGHT be considered being sided. But I never do. Because I prefe- YOU GUYS KNOW ALREADY. -_-

If you didn't defend the fact that you was a girl so much, half of us wouldn't be suspicious. It's like saying randomly bringing up that you didn't murder someone in the middle of conversation. It just makes you stick out. :l

Okay, then. Sorry for defending myself against these jerks.
But seriously, like HiveNet said, who cares?
