During either player's turn, when an attack is declared involving this card and an opponent's monster: Neither player takes Battle Damage from this battle, and after damage calculation, destroy the monster this card was battling.

At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks an opponent's monster: You can destroy that monster (without damage calculation).
Have at it, y'all....

Catastor while attacking. Nothing when attacked. Simple enough.
The IRL effect is better. It would have to suicide to do it's anime effect, and we know D.D. Warrior Lady does that better.

[s]Most importantly, it can kill Marshmallon.[/s]

You got the IRL and anime effect mixed up. The IRL effect requires suicide to destroy a larger monster.

Good target for Mist Body :D and I wish it was a Beast or Beast-Warrior so TGs.

When it says neither player takes Battle Damage, would that imply he survives the battle?

It's only the players that don't receive the damage. Damage calculation still happens, so it only applies to the monsters, since whether a monster lives or dies is usually determined by whichever one has the biggest ATK (excluding interference from effects).

So, he can still die if he goes up against someone like, say, Five Headed Dragon, but neither player will take damage (you even get to bypass FGD's Battle Destruction immunity). But if, for example, he goes up against someone that prevents damage calculation from occurring (most triumphant example being Catastor), then his effect doesn't get to go off (especially since, in this example, Catastor's effect goes off first).
