Organized Chaos Posted August 24, 2012 Report Share Posted August 24, 2012 Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon is a lot better because it has more ATK, it can stun your Opponent's cards and it's effect can be useful. This is too slow and it doesn't allow Safe Zone so the only protection that can really help it (if at all) would be Card Guard because your Opponent really isn't going to let this card stay on the field for longer than 2 turns. werewolfjedi Posted August 24, 2012 Report Share Posted August 24, 2012 can't you just play play the deck smarter, run the forbidden quickplays and chainable battle negation, you only have to hold your opponent off for 3 turns. that's not that hard. I can see a Lance Deck come out with this guy, but its seriously gonna be useless. Dark End Dragon literally says "No" to this card, and Frankly so does Ryko. Forbidden Lance/Chalice/Shroud are decent at keeping your monster in play, but you have to play way to carefully and then activate all 3 cards for your to actually have a clean backrow. [/quote] Or, I could summon a 4500 beater and not cringe in fear of Veiler ruining my day, because Forbidden Robe/Shroud/Tunic doesn't stop Veiler. Also lol at thinking this needs battle protection. Nothing like facing a Golem Stall deck that is going to tribute your monsters to summon Lava Golems as well as summon Grinder Golem only to activate Remove Brainwashing. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted August 25, 2012 Report Share Posted August 25, 2012 If you follow the Spell Counters ruling, and I know this was loosely stated before, if you use Effect Veiler on it at any time except when it already has 3 Counters on it, you will remove all of its counters.
