Simply becuase, I tune my monsters, get a new monster, and get lots of plus's in quick time. Or even tribute summoning. Monarchs could tech this, fetching a treeborn or something when they summon for whatever odd reason. but it should stay banned really. Wait, it is banned right? Card searchers like GK Recruiter and XX-Saber Darksoul would be more useful? (even though usefulness was already their purpose) Playing this with Inferno Reckless Summon would make Celtic Guardian OTK a little better.
