A Tuner that can stall.

You can search this, drop this for Gustkraken, use Kraken's effect, then make Stardust/Colossal/Blader/Scrap D with Diva.

Oh, the Rank 2s Diva can make.

What exactly do you mean by "3000 direct attacker"?

Anyways, it's not a bad card by any means. It has a lot of utility, and can be used in the right deck to accomplish almost any means. Destiny Diva topped not too long ago at a regional.

Pshh. Diva was only not played because Rank 2s sucked beyond Gachi and decks couldn't have afforded to tech Level 2 or 3 Sea Serpents. I mean, she's an instant Catastor, but she herself didn't fit into any decks, and she required you to run bad cards.

It's effect lets it attack twice. 3000 damage if they're direct attacks.

I haven't been following the new WATER stuff a lot, but is there any Atlantean/Mermaid-thing that warrants this card's use in the near future?

and I like Mermaid Archer with it a bit. Of course, Gachi Gachi is a superior shield, but still.
