Gilford the Lightning and that other Level 9 Fairy get outclassed by this card, as it has more ATK, their effects combined into one, a more convenient Type, and the option of not Tributing at all to Summon it as a decent beatstick. It's also an alternative to Galaxy Queen's Light and Feelings towards the Future. Is a 3000 ATK monster with Skill Drain, and a 4000 ATK monster with Axe of Fools, and it stays at 3000 ATK if you for some reason want to Tribute Summon it with 2 Tributes. It only really lacked the "what if you want to have 1 Tribute for it?" option. What is there not to like? Interesting how it probably was made like it is so that your hand doesn't dead draw when you can't Tribute Summon it, but people ended up never Tribute Summoning it at all. Posted September 24, 2012 Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 With regards to the OP~ With the 1 Firedance out- It's ATK is 3200, then becomes 2200 Now we use Skill Drain- It's ATK is 4300, then becomes 3300 So yea, pretty hilarious with Firestars.
