[/quote] All this is true, but the Forbidden cards do the same thing to the Damage Step, don't require setup, and have more applications than just ATK boosts. The upside of Horn vs. this is the fact that this can be chained to backrow removal and will more often provide a much larger ATK boost. Gotta test it.
