The Bear makes 8s, but from the last effect it forces you to Summon that FIRE Warrior, who so far the best he can do is burning twice; not that much of a threat. If I am not mistaken, with all the destruction threats around (Torrential, Bottomless, Solemns) that is not an easy task anymore, so the chances of pulling the effect of the Bear as desired are pretty low.
