My first post under my new name! :D

Anyways, I made this single card to promote synchro summoning. Enjoy!

1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters
If this card's synchro summon would be negated, you can pay 1000 LP instead. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the graveyard: You can send this card to the graveyard; special summon 2 monsters from your deck with different names and the same level as the destroyed monster. Their effects are negated, and they cannot declare an attack during this turn.
Please comment, review, criticize, and enjoy! P.S, if anyone steals my catchphrase in the comments, Inzektor Hornet will go to your house and kick your ass.

Wait, wait! First let me activate my Macro Cosmos to stop Hornet!

Alright. eGO amo (me gusta in Latin)!

This provides an excellent alternative to Black Rose Dragon as a Level 7 Synchro. I suppose a pretty much un-negate-able summon is kinda cheap but I'm kinda annoyed with Solemn Warning. It's ATK is reasonable, and serves as a passable beater. The effect may be sometimes hard to pull off, especially with so many Xyz out there, but it's great when it works... I thought you were promoting Synchroes here, cuz people may just Xyz Summon with it, though of course you can Synchro with it too. I don't have much else to say. Overall it's a nice card 9/10. eGO amo (again)!

@AixDavidas
I made its summon un-negatable so that it gets to piss on rai-oh and solemn, both of which I REALLY hate. However, it's still vulnerable to bottomles and torrential. I made the card special summon the 2 monsters to promote level 8 synchro summons, but I definitely recognize that Xyz players would love this card too. Especially Dino Rabbiters... In fact, if this card were to be released, I think Dino Rabbiters would tech dark resonator so they can summon this and search out 2 rescue rabbits.

Any chance of posting the effect under the card, I can barely read it? It's a good habit to get into.

The problem with the card is it's level, almost all level 7 synchros are mediocre with the exception of Black Rose, Scrap Archfiend and a few specific ones. This is waaay better than Black Rose in most situations as it can't be Warninged, has higher ATK and can destroy a monarch or something to go for a Bounzer. Personally I'd make it level 8 as it would have far more competition there as to other options to make, but I think would still see play.

Well if you don't want to change it's level make it 2400 ATK because at the moment it's too good considering how easy it is to make a level 7 compared to other Synchros and that way it can only rarely go into a really high rank Xyz.

The first effect can be simplified to: "The Synchro Summon of this card cannot be negated." saving you 1000 LP, and your opponent won't chain with a Solemn anyways.

This card being a Dinosaur-Type DARK is nice, but to be honest I don't like the effect:
The card is certainly balanced, but personally I wouldn't use it unless I am pushing for game. The Synchro Summon will usually cost you a card (-1), and with its effect it becomes a +0, but then probably you will end up Synchro/Xyz Summoning with those materials so you would be back to -1; I don't see the advantage there, unless you pull some weird combo(s) I cannot think of right now. Also, the effect is unreliable because you have to wait for the opponent to Summon a monster with the Level you desire (usually will be a Level 3 or 4), if he/she ever Summons it at all. Good thing that it is optional.

@Frex
I felt like a free summon was a tweak much, so I put in the 1k cost to balance it a bit more...Although it really doesn't do that much. Wadever, the cost stays. I made the summon effect optional because otherwise this card would be a useless pile of crap. And as for your "obscure combos" how is an easy scrap/stardust dragon an "obscure combo"? You don't really have to wait that long because odds are your opponent will have SOMETHING on the field for this card to chew on, and if it does, you get an extra attack (a -1 for the opponent) and a free Scrap Dragon, Stardust, shock master (summon firedog, attack and destroy, special summon another level 4, overlay into shock master), or miscellaneous rank 4 Xyz. The fact that its summoning requirements are generic allows it to be easily integrated into lots of decks that are willing to take a card like Airbellum, Dark Resonator, etc. So jah, lots of incentive to use effect.

With "obscure" or weird combo I meant a way to get extra cards from the effect. You just mentioned an example with Firedog.

And I realize the effect is good: a bit situational, but still good. It's just that personally I wouldn't rely on it. I only want to point out that I am not attacking your card nor implying that it is bad.

If they don't have a monster on the field that you want to kill with it don't summon it.

In all honesty I don't like "Cannot be negated", and while I do not feel it is inherently broken I think it would be more balanced to have a higher cost (2000 or half the life points like a solemn something). Other wise you are getting around 2-5 staple cards and placing a 2500 ATK super rabbit on the field and they can't do anything (immediately) if they don't have bottomless or want to nuke their field.

The summon effect is more controlled than rabbit which is great considering all the game would ever need is a synchro summon-able (and call of haunted fits there as well) version of rabbit that can use its effect more than once per turn, and target not only effect monsters but 2 different ones. It requires you to go to battle, kill a monster of the desired level search, and then kill this monster. It also prevents an xyz/synchro summon till the MP2 which is good.

My thoughts:Should add at least 1 of these
once per turn clause, or once per duel clause
Neither monster can attack, or be used as a Synchro/Xyz material this turn, or
Must be Synchro summon and cannot be summoned in other ways.

And this
Increase the cost to stop negation

Replacement ("Instead") effects are continuous. You should be using a comma (,) not a colon ( : ) .

"If this card's Synchro Summon would be negated, you can pay 1000 LP instead."

Example Source: Clear Vice Dragon's last effect.

The card is tame, nice and normal and something else Black Feather's can abuse (the masters of Level 7 Synchros as few as there are).

The Evolzars keep talking. Actually being able to just go in the deck and grab two creatures with just a level cap is tipping on the line of broken to begin with. I mean the possibilities alone are just hilarious, double hanzo's, double dino's, Mermail set-ups, WIND-UP set-ups. This really does the job of promoting synchro summoning because who wouldn't want this. All you have to do is swing at something and if it hits you +. The more I think about and the more things I realize you can use this effect with the more I'm somewhat scared of it.

It should be nerfed to at least limit: type, level, name, and maybe something else after that.

Let me try this again. They should be limited to the same type as what you kill.

Otherwise: Swing > Wind-up Magician & Wind-up Shark, Wind-Up Hunter & Wind-Up Rabbit, Inzektor Dragonfly & Inzektor Centipede (centipede is level 3 right?), Sabersaurus and Kabuzablus (sp), etc, etc, etc, etc, herp derplicons etc.

Welcome to the banhammer.

Maybe negate the effects of the monsters it summons?

If you want to play Dino Rabbit dedicated to bringing this out then so be it, I don't think that's too big of a thread, but Magician+Shark or Dragonfly+Centipede is a little too good.

Because the Type you kill (your opponent's monster of course) will most DEFINITELY be in your Deck... is this a Zombie Deck?

I will definitely NOT hamper its usability by restricting the Types of the monsters this card can summon.. NOPENOPENOPE. But I WILL negate their effects. An edited version will be posted tomorrow probably (I'm on YCM via my phone right now... Good god I am an addict).

Alright, I got a new reviewing scheme (Sort of) ready and I want to test it out.
NOTE: This reviewing scheme is actually more for sh*ts and giggles since I would try to include as many jokes in it.

Cerafiend Supreme

I guess I like it a bit. It's basically a mish-mash of Ceratops+Fiend and with a sprinkle of Supreme to give more coolness to it. It works, but Cerafiend seems like the name of a Zelda Game enemy.

The picture... There's just no words to describe it. It's basically a 100 meter tall mutated Triceratops thing that could be the next enemy of Godzilla or something with the weirdest shade of green imaginable. It's like a combination of puke green and snot green. Making it... I dunno, Spuke green? As for the type, it works. The picture shows a giant mutated Dinosaur so the type is excusable.

Oh yeah, the big part. I'll just be slicing the effect sentence per sentence and talk about each one.

If this card's synchro summon would be negated, you can pay 1000 LP instead.

OCG is tut. Synchro Summon is capitalized, Negate is capitalized (I think) and there should be a colon after "If this card's Synchro Summon would be Negated". As for the effect itself, there's not much to say. It's not good, but it's not rubbish either. Like Frex said, just make it so that the Synchro Summon cannot be Negated.

When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the graveyard: You can send this card to the graveyard; special summon 2 monsters from your deck with different names and the same level as the destroyed monster. Their effects are negated, and they cannot declare an attack during this turn.

So this is like Rabbit, but better in concept. The card promotes player to player interaction and is actually very balanced, despite my initial doubts. There's nothing wrong with it from my viewpoint. The last bit of the effect stops any sort of possible abuse from it's effect. However, I do think that there might something something off here. I mean, Flamvells are gonna love this. They'll be thinning the deck for the Rekindling to appear while you keep on Synchroing more and more junk in. I never played Flamvell so everything I said in the last sentence is actually just theory with no real proof.

In conclusion, this card is a nice Dino Synchro for Synchro (or Dino Rabbit I guess...) decks and it has one of the craziest artwork I've seen on RC. Well, except for any of Garthfunkle The German Azazel Vii Backwards Herman's cards.

Me gusta, desu. * flies away*
