It basically allows for more flexibility in the plays and allows GBs to make ridiculous plays to take advantage of that situation. Still, Tiger is okay, but because it's a -1, it usually leads to a negative form of advantage. Granted, you do the same to the opponent, but that moment where they get their plays off, it usually means test didn't have an effect, Also @Sleepy.
