It makes things like Laggia even better because it cuts the amount of times you'd need to use the materials t negate something like Dark Hole or Mirror Force in half. It's actually quite good. Anyways, the card makes Pearl, Awakened Gagagigo, Gaia Dragoon and Ouroboros more threatening, and gives an use to Xyz with decent ATK/DEF but lame effects (Grenosaurus, Shadow of Six Samurai?).
