It doesn't have the +1 effect of Sombres. But it has 1600 ATK. With Schet and a big enough hand, you can get out 2 Xyzes in the same turn with this card. It's a continuous effect, that generally means it's vulnerable to Veiler, unless there's some strange ruling that says Veiler doesn't veil Pollux' effect. [/quote] I recall somewhere that the moment pollux is successfully summoned, you gain the abilty to normal summon again. As if the effects of Double Summon are applied.
