During your Main Phase: You can target 1 other Xyz Monster on the field; until the End Phase, this card gains the same name and effects as that target. You can only use this effect of "Number 69: Heraldry God - Coat of Arms" once per turn.
What is actually does:
3 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 "Wind-Up" monster from your hand or Deck. When a face-up "Wind-Up" monster on the field is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target that monster; return that target to the hand.
I didn't actually think that this card could be useful. Synchronized
it took me a minute to figure that out but I'm with you how consistent is that though
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Most of the time, Wind-Ups would just rather use their Sharks for Rank 5s. Considering that you've probably filled up the field with Xyzs by the time you grab that 3rd Magician, it's not really viable really to run this.
The point of this card is that it takes some of the OTKs that rely on 3 Magician (ex: TGU + Shark) and create new OTKs that only require 2 Magician. Being able to Rat a Zenmaity and use Coat of Arms on it seems cool if I can actually make that happen x:
Toffee.
Weird, I always thought this could only target the Opponent's monsters O,o
Wildflame
I'd rather go Shock Master, and I don't like Shock Master that much. But hey, very original combo, props.

Synchronized
It would've been so good if it only needed 2 materials instead of
byak
It would've been retarded if it only needed 2 materials. Make Zenmaity with Wind-Up Warrior in the grave, detach and get Rat -> Warrior (+1 level to Rat) make Coat of Arms, copy Zenmaity and detach Warrior to get Rat, repeat. Just Crouton
Basically, Wind-Ups have 4 Zenmaities now?
newhat
If you can make this with, say, Tour Guide and a Shark in hand, you've already pretty much won. Not a bad combo if you don't expect your Zenmaity to wait a turn.
Brinolovania
I'm actually amazed by how many times I've made use of this thing (by "how many times", I mean twice, but that's twice more then I expected.) Summoning this against Zenmaines and Maestroke is funny. Also, if it negates Volca's effect after it Magmax's something, can Volca attack directly that turn? EmpoleMew
I'd assume not, going off of Chaos Sorc's/BLS being unable to attack if their effect is negated after banishing something. (Or attempting to.) I'm rather tempted to try this now.
