Veiler at first, then lets you pick off Zenmaines/Gachi/Maestroke etc. a bit later. Possible staple?

Sleepy
Yeah. Could replace Fiendish Chain since it doesn't need to stay. Although I wonder about that because Fiendish Chain doesn't let the monster attack either, and that's a small plus. This is chainable and has a double use, which amazing xD
Mugendramon
Lavalval Chain can mill it. Aw yiss.
Strider Tigerwolf
Let's see... Effect Veiler: Pros:

Tuner
Level 1
LIGHT
Hand Trap
Spellcaster
Cons:

Activates only during opponent's Main Phase
Can mess plays and/or not mainable in certain decks (like Rock Stun)
Does not stop your opponent's attacks
Fiendish Chain Pros:

Trap Card
Does not let the monster Attack
MST Bait
Cons:

Trap Card
MST Bait
Easily removed by other S/T Hate
Breakthrough Skill Pros:

Trap Card
Double Use
Chainable to MST
MST Bait
Can be activated from the Graveyard during your turn if you meet it's conditions.
Cons:

Does not stop your opponent's attack
....is that about it?
IMO - Veiler vs. Fiendish vs. Breakthrough is actually a 3 way tie. All 3 cards have their advantages and disadvantages in respect to each other and achieve "similar" results with different additional results. If you can't use Veiler, you'll most likely use one of the other 2. If you can't use Fiendish, same reasoning, and the same goes for Breakthrough as well. It's actually a pretty powerfully effective card that's also balanced.
Just Crouton
It depends on the Deck, and preference.
b0b3rt
Well, it's almost flat-out better than Chalice. Quick-plays and damage step are always good, but having a second use is probably better. Being useful when milled? Heh...
Synchronized
It's fantastic. I'm almost certain it'll be a Super in CBLZ and end up seeing lots of play.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
I was expecting to come into this in order to defend this card's honour against a sea of 'terrible, next card that isn't a Solemn' posts. I'm happy to be wrong, because I too like having a two-time usage Veiler that I can activate more or less when I like and can waste someone's Storm on. Ranma 1/2
K, so run 3 Veilers, and 3 of this guy, and then laugh at your opponent's BLS for not being able to banish for 9 turns while you're doing some major stalling, especially in Final Countdown. [s]FINAL COUNTDOWN SUCKS![/s] But yeah, I could think of a deck that could use this, now that I think about it.

Fiendish Chain and Forbidden Chalice will probably be blasted out of competitive play like nothing else. Which is a shame cos what shall I do with my 3 Ultra Chalice and my Super Fiendish Chains... Should probably get rid ASAP.
Legendary Dragon
Card art makes me wonder what's going on with Dolkka. In any case, I'll begin using this either over veiler or with it. I'll try it out in HERO Beatstun.
Strider Tigerwolf
@Saber - I honestly don't think it will hinder them much. Chalice is fantastic with HEROes and Fiendish Chain is pretty good as double emergency card. The price might lower by a few cents to at max maybe 2 dollars...least that's my prediction. Synchronized
I expect it to completely phase Chalice out of the Meta-Game. Chain definitely has a few perks that make it solid, but honestly, neither of them have much to go on when this is chainable and has more than one use. Strider Tigerwolf
Chalice is a Quick-Play spell that can activate during the damage step...it's going to be touched, but not phased.

Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
DOLKKA'S COMIN' TO GET YOU I like this card, but the one thing that I would have loved, but would have broken this so bad, was if it could do your monsters too. I mean, it would be like Skill Drain, but no cost and reusable. Not that the cost stopped anyone anyway. But I like this. More chainable than Veiler; I hated his 'only during the Main Phase' rule, and it doesn't clog my Hand! I dunno, but Hero Beat and Infernities might like this, if I knew how to play either. Feel free to correct me.
Zauls
You would be correct in saying that HERO beat and Infernity will like this card. Tbh most decks that play backrows like this card.
guuu1234
I find it pretty useful. Every time I have drawn it, I have used to negate something important (like Tour Guide, relevant Agents, Hyperion) or disrupt some plan. Then, on my turn, I usually use it to negate something that is stalling (Marshmallon, Zenmaines, Gachi Gachi, Utopia) or negate something that stops my SS (Krystia, Vanity's Fiend/Ruler) or just screw over my opponents powerhouse cards (Tragoedia). This card is immensely useful and I prefer it over Effect Veiler. I usually run it alongside Fiendish Chain.
ihop
Also great in Chaos Dragons because it still allows you to play Treacherous and has an effect when milled.
newhat
It lacks the Heavy-OTK defiance of Veiler, and the second effect is rarely useful. Also why you gotta call Dolkka a "he".

There will be s*** to pay if this card's rarity changes.
