Once per turn, you can negate the effect(s) of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. Also, if the negated effect can be activated, you can activate it once as this card's effect. During the End Phase, return this card from the field to the Extra Deck, and Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard.

Kinka will always give you a Level 7 King of the Beasts King, even without Kinka, still has a handfull of cards that can always keep it on the field. King + something like Key Mouse/Veiler/insert Level 1 Tuner here = Stardust (Mouse can search Kinka) Level 1s have Arf Thou and One for One, as notable searchers HERES THE PROBLEM~ -Majestic Dragon- The Tuner itself is just so awkward. Even with all the level 1 Support, its still situational because its ONLY use are 2 Synchro monsters. Regardless, Majestic Star is flat-out badass and will wreck the Opponent's field.
Discuss.
mido9
The first effect looks more like a deterrent than something that will really go off.
Toffee.
I should (maybe) add Treeborn to that spoiler in the OP.
The first effect looks more like a deterrent than something that will really go off.
What if you sucker the Opponent into triggering, though? Sora1499
The satisfaction when you bring this out... Ah, it cannot be beat.
OmegaWave
Summoning condition is the only bad thing about this card. It's still hella fun to use and it's so satisfying when it finally hits the field.
Sleepy
It takes more skill to evolve by Nexus than by Kattobingu, that is very clear. Is there something that keeps it on the field other than G.B. Hunter? I would have loved it if Majestic Dragon was... even a vanilla (actually I would have liked that)

The damn Tuner is just too awkward(I even mentioned that)
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
The main thing that kills it, in my opinion, is the Neos clause.
Sleepy
Actually, both of you are right. I think one of those two issues is ok, but both of them is overkill. Though, either one dissapearing would make this a decent option.

If the Tuner was more playable, this card also becomes more playable. Later seems better, when you think about it.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I guess getting back a Stardust doesn't hurt so bad, though you used up a bunch of cards for essentially nothing.

Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
I honestly prefer Majestic Red, if only as a game-winner. 4000 damage is nothing to be sniffed at, really, although it does need an Attack Position monster to do that. There aren't many effects that Majestic Star could feasibly use, unless I have forgotten some major thing. This is mostly good because it gives you back a Stardust at the end of the turn, which is infinitely better than Red Demons. Also, using Xiaolong to get out this in WC 2010 was hilarious.
