It's kinda annoying that despite hwo good it is, It loses out to Thor for consitency. If only they'd expanded Nordics more.

Ah, Odin. Probably my favorite of the Polar Gods, despite Thor being massively easier to Summon due to the Nordic Beasts having synergy. Vanadis can work with the same engine to bring this out, and it's a very nice card to have out. I love that it also becomes immune to your own S/Ts, letting you use the effect, then play Dark Hole or something for game. Good times.

Valkyrie can be an instant Odin on the first turn if you have the cards in hand to spare, and Vanadis is a flexible Tuner for the Polar Gods, but other than that, it's a bit hard to Summon. The effort is well worth it with the nice effect (sadly an Ignition Effect, so it still lost to Bottomless/Torrential even with Priority), and its revival effect netting a draw is beautiful.
