If you controlled 2 or more monsters at the start of your opponent's Battle Phase, and all of them were destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand during that Battle Phase. If you do, choose an Attribute and destroy all face-up monsters with that Attribute. Your opponent cannot Normal or Special Summon monsters with that Attribute.

Fav card ev..., oh no, that's Wemko. But still, this makes it to the top 5, but mainly because of its artwork and manga appearance. Too situational to bring out consistently with its effect, props to you.

It's one of my favorites as well (alongside LaDD, White Night Dragon, Ice Master, Ice Queen, Splendid Venus, and Greed Quasar). As for its situational alternate, summoning condition - baiting your opponent into attacking is the hard part, but most people (at least for a Game 1) have no idea that Tualatin's going to pop out, so in most cases so far when I Tour Guide into Sangan and leave them there, my opponent doesn't hesitate to attack into them. :P
