Susie
So does anyone here like to take a walk? I like walking around my neighborhood every once in a while, usually to clear out my head when I'm stressed, or sometimes if I just feel like it I'll go out for a walk
The Hounds Of Anubis
I need to get back to walking my dog regularly, that's for sure. Personally, I love walks, just the weather in the UK often makes them hard to actually do. I prefer walking hills or mountain walking to regular walking though. I don't know why I like to so much, but I do.
.Rai
I'll happily do a bit of running if I feel like it. Still prefer walks though. But, as with Chris, UK weather is crap so eh.

Agro
All these kinds of places make it seem like it's been ages, and tomorrow's sun and buildings scrape the sky. I love this country dearly and I see the ladder clearly, but I'd never thought I'd be alone to try. Once I was outside Penn Station, selling red and white carnations. We were still alone, my wife and I. Before we married, saved my money. Brought my dear wife over. Now I work to bring my family state-side. But off the boat, they stayed a while and scattered cross the coast. Once a year I see them for a week or so at most.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
I'm actually known for getting out of class and taking walks around campus. I think it's the most soothing thing. A lot of the time, my teachers are really sweet about it, and let me just leave when they're not actively teaching. And some of the time, I sneak out. I don't do it to ditch or miss class or disrespect them, but I just really need that time to think. And I'm good about it too; I only leave when I could learn what we do in class by myself. And I walk to a lot of my friend's houses too, since a few live close by. My best friend actually lives just a street above me, so sometimes, when we both need to clear our heads, he meets me at my house and we walk around my neighborhood together. I really love walks. I'd go crazy if I didn't take them.
Legend Zero
I jog in the Summer when the heat allows and I also park in the furthest lot at school so the walk gets me awake.
Cin
I'll wander round town whilst waiting to go to work, and take my dog out, but he's lazy and only wants to go to the top of the street, so I have to force him to go further.
LeguBrit
I walk to school and back. It's roughly 2-3km each day. Then I walk into town. It's roughly 5-6km.
Smear
Two of my friends and I decided to walk take a 40 minute walk to McDonalds... At 2:30 in the morning... When it was absolutely pouring down rain... Then back. xP After that I actually ended up loving to walk everywhere, and I really want to but I never have the time. ;-;
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Ehh, basically what Chris said. Weather is a deciding factor if I want to ever get out and exercise. Obviously, I'm not going to go out walking when it's -20 degrees out (Fahrenheit, btw), with Wind Chill. That's also not taking into account that I walk about a mile every day at work, though. Aerion Brightflame
I go for walks to clear my head. Though as I live in Britain the weather is terrible. Wierldly I don't mind it so much, I find walking in the rain to be oddly relaxing. I won't do it for the exercise, but just to help relax when I'm at college. Or to get food. ~British Soul~
Like the other Brits that have posted in this topic, I like taking walks, mostly to clear my head. Although the weather in britain is crap, if I have to walk in the rain like when I was at college (walking to and from there), I'd have to take a soaking.
I won't do it for the exercise, but just to help relax when I'm at college. Or to get food.
Yeah, I can relate to that. ListenToLife
I dont know why all the rest of the brits complain about the weather. Personally, I prefer walking in the rain or the fog. Especially when it's dark, or just getting to that dusky sort of time. It's my favourite time of day to walk. I often walk a lot, but not around where I live; tis a bit of a dodgy area. Instead I go out to where my friends live a lot, then walk around that area for 2-3 hours (1 if it's band practise), though I must admit to then taking the bus home. I dont trust where I live during the day; the night's just a no-go.
Night
Long walks on the beach at night with a significant other barefoot along the shoreline is actually an amazing way to spend the night.
Kazooie
I actually learned I enjoy flat out walking. It's a shame it's not exactly a good thing to do around here. D: Well, maybe I'll start heading down to the park every now and again and start walking. It's something I wouldn't mind doing more often... Alpakha
I go for walks when I go get food or I'm bored of the internet... somehow. I live in Southern California so weather usually isn't a problem.

Makο
I like walking. When I'm not occupied with something, I'm usually walking. Well, it's more pacing than anything else, but I think the best when I'm moving. Thus, I like to pop on my headphones and take a quick walk 'round the block occasionally. I DO take my dog with me usually, but I prefer not to. Distracts me from my thinking, since I'm occupied trying to keep him in line.
Exiro
I'm uncomfortable with taking walks. What am I doing it for? So it's like I have to go somewhere, you know, like I'm really underway somewhere. And then I get to the end and then it's like "well I guess I'll just go back."
